To schedule an appointment, please call our office at (512) 506-9430 or send us an email, and a member of our office staff would be happy to assist you.

If you are a new patient, please have your insurance information ready when you call to schedule. We will need the policy holder's name, insurance i.d. number or social security number, date of birth, name of employer, and the name of the insurance company.

If you are currently a patient of Dr. Myers, and have had any changes to your insurance policy, address or phone number, please include that information when scheduling your appointment. This will aid in our ability to accurately file your insurance claim.
